Michele Mellison respects intellectual property and acts fast when something is wrong. If your work appears here without permission, tell us and we will remove it.
How to file a notice
Email [email protected] with the subject line DMCA NOTICE. Include the exact URL of the page, a description of the copyrighted work, and your contact details. Anonymous notices without evidence are declined. We act on clear, verifiable claims.
What happens next
We review every notice within three working days. When the claim is solid, we take the material down first and ask questions after. We notify the uploader and keep a record of both the complaint and our response.
Counter notices
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was wrong, send a counter notice with your name, address and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant court. We restore the material within ten working days unless the original complainant files an action.
Read our Terms of Service for how content may be reused, and our Privacy Policy for how we handle your details.

Keeping this page current
We review this page when our tools, vendors or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the last substantive edit. We keep an archive of earlier versions for readers who need them. If a clause is unclear, write to [email protected] and we will explain it in plain English. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
Corrections and questions
If you spot an error, a broken link or a missing attribution, tell us. We aim to reply within three working days. For urgent corrections, put Corrections in the subject line. We publish the fix and note what changed. We would rather be corrected in public than repeat a mistake.
